Stephanie is one of the founding Directors of Lexton Law Corporation. She had graduated with 2nd Class (Upper) Honours in Law from the National University of Singapore. She had also undertaken the Practice Law Course towards obtaining the requisite Practicing Certificate in Singapore upon graduation and had graduated 16th for the year 1996.

As an advocate and solicitor practising in Singapore, Stephanie is engaged in both contentious and non-contentious legal work since 1996.

- Acting for vendors and purchasers in the sale and purchase of residential and commercial property
- Advice on and preparation of loan documents, mortgage and other security related documents
- Acting for landlords and tenants in the drafting, negotiating and reviewing of leases and tenancies of residential and commercial properties

Civil & Commercial Litigation and Advisory Work
- Advice and conducting litigation, both in the State Courts and the High Court in respect of contractual and commercial disputes for both individuals as well as corporate clients
- Assisting in the process of alternative dispute resolutions eg mediation
- Enforcement proceedings including winding up, bankruptcy, garnishee, writs of execution and examination of judgment debtor
- Advisory work in respect of employment, breach of confidentiality and trade secrets issues, tenancies and licenses, management corporation, strata title and property management matters

Matrimonial, Family & Probate Practice
- Advising in respect of Deeds of Separation, Divorce and the ancillary matters thereto including the division of matrimonial assets, maintenance, custody of children
- Advise in respect of issues concerning family violence and applications to the Family Justice Courts for Personal Protection Orders
- Resolution of family disputes through mediation and the Family Justice Courts
- Applications to the Family Justice Courts for Adoption, Guardianship of children and for the Appointment of committees to act for mentally disordered persons
- Advice on and preparation of Wills
- Obtaining of grant of probate and letters of administration

Xiaowen is one of the founding Directors of Lexton Law Corporation. Awarded the Humanities Scholarship by the Ministry of Education, Singapore for her pre-university studies, Xiaowen subsequently went on to read Law at the National University of Singapore, from which she graduated with Honours.

As an advocate of the Supreme Court of Singapore and solicitor practising in Singapore, Xiaowen is engaged in both contentious work, as well as non-contentious and advisory work.

Xiaowen was invited to be and sat as a member of the Focus Group Panel, involved in the review of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act which is the main piece of legislation governing MCST matters in Singapore. She also lectures at the BCA Academy’s Management Corporation course.
